I wouldn't have any luck at all.
So I've been working on a deficit for 4 months now and I can barely pay for food some extras have fallen by the wayside. Like parking tickets for example. I paid a $240 parking ticket last month and have 3 parking tickets left to pay. I got paid today and the first thing I did was pay my rent the second thing I did was make a note to pay my parking tickets on line as soon as I get to work.
I took a shower, shaved, got dressed, packed up all my stuff and left the house. On time I may add. And walked out to my car to find a beautiful yellow boot on my car.
So now I'm standing in line at a City of Chicago revenue office waiting to pay my tickets. And a boot fee. And then pay a cab to get back home so I can sit on my porch and wait for them to remove the boot.
The only good news is that I managed to find someone to cover my first few hours at work.
I will try to keep you updated on the calamity that is my life.
Good Night and Good Luck

I'm kinda wondering why you keep getting parking tickets and why you haven't figured it out to stop getting them???????
dude!!! is that a sucks to be you or unlucky lotterie?
i save a lot of money on parking tickets by driving safely and parking in designated areas. also paying bills on time. sorry to be rude, but really, learn from your mistakes.
well I sympathise. One and only time I got a parking ticket was when I had an emergency dentist appointment - last thing on a Friday afternoon. I had to risk the ticket by parking in a taxi zone or miss the appointment and suffer the worst toothache of my life for the full weekend.
my neighbor used to live in chicago and he said parking tickets were almost a daily issue. He mentioned the amount of money he paid for said tickets and I was blown away - I thought maybe it was his fault and he deserved it.. but - he never gets any parking tickets here in Austin. Chicago must just love to hand them out.
I hope your luck has tuned around.
